Buckwheat, roasted with chicken and eggplant
Delicious, hearty, quick, simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    20 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat

    7 Tbsp

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

Shin wash, remove excess moisture. Add finely chopped Basil and hops-suneli, salt, soy sauce. Mix and leave to marinate for 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Eggplant cut into large cubes, sprinkle with salt. After 30 minutes, when they will give the juice, rinse with cold water.

Leg and all the marinade, onions roughly chopped, carrots, worn on a grater, eggplant, spread in a baking dish. Add the butter and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

The tomato sauce diluted with water and add rinsed buckwheat. Sprinkle with salt and stir.

After 20 minutes in the pan pour buckwheat with tomato. Bake until ready.
