Glazed mini meatballs in an Asian style
It's just an awesome dish! I like that the meatballs are small, one vinegar. They're just as good as a hot dishes and snacks. Attracted to this recipe because it only takes only 25 minutes. But the most important thing in this dish - its taste, sweet and sour with spicy notes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Bread crumbs

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper white

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the onion.

Mix ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, black pepper.

Pour 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. Carefully knead the meat.

Using a small spoon roll into balls. Lay them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until tender.

While our meatballs in the oven, make the sauce. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, water, sugar, tomato paste, white pepper, ginger and chopped garlic.

Put the sauce on the fire. 1 teaspoon of starch diluted in 2 tbsp water and enter a thin stream to the sauce. Keep on heat until thick, it will take about 6-8 minutes.

Ready meatballs to shift to a large frying pan. Pour sauce, mix well and keep frying for 1-2 minutes.

Ready-made meatballs, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
