Oatmeal bread with herbs
Interesting idea oat bread was found I in the Polish culinary website. In this large oat flakes, green onions and herbs! It turns out the bread is very fragrant, tasty, with a thick, crispy crust!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Green onions

    4 sprig

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

Cooking

Flour mixed with fast-acting dry yeast.

Add large flakes, salt and sugar.

Add pre-washed, dried with paper towels and finely chopped herbs and green onions.

Pour in the warm milk.

Knead the dough. At the beginning of kneading the dough is sticky, but the flour is not necessary, continue to knead for 5-7 minutes by hand. The dough becomes smooth, elastic and not sticky.

Drove the dough into a ball, put in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough after 1 hour proofing.

Abenaim the dough, put into the form or shape the loaf (optional) and leave for another 40 minutes in a warm place for re-proofing.

Rastavica 2 times bread.

Make cuts with a sharp knife, grease the top with milk and put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Ready bread remove from the oven, allow it to fully cool down.
