Carrots with peas in white sauce
This is a very popular dish in Latvia. It is given in kindergarten and at school, even at the wedding he, too, served. Products can ispolzvat and frozen from the garden. Dish independent, but wife at work, I add meat of some sort.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Peas

    440 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

Peas can also be frozen, can be grown. To cook also. A quantity of approximately 1:1 carrots and peas.
