Goulash at home
Probably this dish is prepared in almost every house. I want to offer you my version of the recipe. He hails from my childhood: it was prepared the goulash my dad. Perfect for a quick and hearty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato sauce

    250 g

  • Water

    350 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

Pork cut into small pieces.

Carrot peel and grate.

Onion peel and cut into large strips.

In a pan pour 1 tbsp oil and fry the onions until light Golden brown.

Add to the onions carrots and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a saucepan pour the tomato sauce and 250 g of water, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Place in the sauce of roasted vegetables and put on fire.

While the sauce is boiling, fry the meat until light Golden brown and spread in a pan to sauce with vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, stir, cover, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer about 15-20 minutes. Then 1 tablespoon of flour with a slide dissolve in 100 g of water and pour a thin stream into the saucepan, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Ready! Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes. Small nuance: if no time at all, the vegetables and the meat not fry, and to extinguish at once.
