Fish fritters with sour cream sauce
A great alternative to traditional fish cutlets. And to make these pancakes small in size, it is possible to put on the holiday table instead of fish in batter.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    15 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Thawed fillets of Pollack cut into cubes 1 × 1 cm.

Finely chop half the bunch of dill and send to the fish.

Add the eggs, flour, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and fry the fish fritters on both sides until Golden brown, on medium heat.

For the sauce finely chop the dill and olives.

Add sour cream, pepper and Kikkoman soy sauce. Mix well. The sauce is ready.
