Bread with bran and fried onions
Delicious and healthy homemade bread with fried onion perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    350 ml

  • Bran

    80 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Yeast breed in warm water. Add the sugar and allow to stand for.

Grind onions and fry until Golden brown.

Add to the yeast vegetable oil and yogurt. Add fried onions.

Add to the dough oat bran.

Add rye and wheat flour and knead the dough. Let the dough stand in a warm place to come.

Coming up the dough abenaim and put into the form. Give more time to step up and put in the oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
