Diet banana pancakes for Breakfast
Great Breakfast for those watching their figure. These muffins almost no fat – they even fried on a dry pan, no flour – oat cereals of TM "Mistral" is used instead of flour, but there is a useful cottage cheese and a banana, giving the muffins a nice flavor.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

For the preparation of the banana pancakes I took the whole grain oat cereals of TM "Mistral".

Oat flakes grind in blandare, but not to the flour, let it remain large pieces.

With two small bananas, peel and slice into rounds.

Add the bananas, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

All grind in a blender to get a smooth consistency.

Shredded oat cereals of TM "Mistral" put in banana-curd mixture and mix well.

Fry pancakes on a preheated dry pan, on medium heat. With a spoon pour the batter into the pan. It should be thick enough to not melt. Fry the pancakes on each side for two minutes until Golden brown.
