Fried carp in sour cream and egg filling
In southern Siberia there is more traditional fare, especially in the season. Especially good Golden carp. Carp and sell a lot everywhere.

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

Clean the carp, season with salt and pepper to taste. Backless cut, roll in flour, fry in a hot pan with oil. Between the goldfish to lay eggs. In a bowl add sour cream, eggs, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Fried carp, pour egg-sour cream filling, cover the pan with a lid, bring the dish until ready on medium heat.
