Smoked salmon grilled
Very quick option of cooking fish on the grill with a little secret.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 kg

  • Seasoning

    0.333 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

The fish dry with paper towels, and will prepare for marinating. Take a thin, sharp knife and carefully to avoid cutting the skin, make longitudinal incisions along the edges and in the tail section into the ridge from both sides.
