Grilled mackerel - probably the second most popular fish after salmon. Cooked this way, it is incredibly delicious!!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Lime

  • Olive oil

Mackerel gut, remove the gills, rinse with cold water and dry with a napkin. RUB liberally with spice for fish "Forester". Delicious marinade for fish - the squad is perfect, the fish is incredibly tasty and spicy!

Lime and onion cut into slices and cover the fish with 2 sides. Drizzle on olive oil. Tip - if you have sun-dried tomatoes, it is much tastier to sprinkle the fish with oil from sun-dried tomatoes!
