Cottage cheese-a yeast cake with strawberries
Very lush, with a slight aroma and taste of cottage cheese dough, strawberry in addition! This cake is sure to brighten your table! Of course it is better to cook in the summer from fresh berries, but in winter sometimes you can pamper yourself in this pie, foreign buying fresh or frozen berries!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Strawberry

    1 handful

I cooked 2 of the same cake with a diameter of 25 cm for their guests, to make one you need to take half of all the ingredients! Knead yeast dough (I use x/n, the "dough" of flour may need more/less depending on its density and quality); the Dough should be moderately steep and increased 2-3 times;
