Cooking
1. Mix the sifted flour with yogurt, egg, add sugar and knead the dough. Salt, I did not add, because the filling is salty.
2. Open the package of cheese. Cut 8 slices of ham. Ham I have in the Bank, but take any. You can substitute sausage.
3. Bake pancakes in oiled and well-heated pan. When the dough is "clutch", put on the middle of the pancake one plate of cheese and 1 slice ham.
4. Fold the pancakes envelope and spread on a paper towel.
5. Prepare the sauce. In a blender, chop the orange segments and cranberries.
6. In a small saucepan, pour 1 Cup of water, add 1 tbsp. orange peel, 1 tbsp sugar, fruit puree, allspice, a pinch of rosemary, and warm over low heat for 5 minutes. Decant the mixture through a sieve.
7. Strained fruit mixture we put on quiet fire. Stir the starch in 0.5 cups of water and pour it into the pan, stir. Bring mixture to honey thickness and remove from heat.
8. Serve pancakes with a flavorful fruit sauce! Bon appetit!
