Cheesecakes with a banana in flaky dough
Cheesecakes from cottage cheese with a banana in a flaky dough. Easier, of course, to make pancakes with mashed bananas, but on a holiday or weekend, you can treat your household with their preparation.

  • Sour cream

  • Olive oil

  • Banana

  • Semolina

Cottage cheese.

In a bowl put the cheese, poured sugar, flour buckwheat, rice, wheat, semolina, the baking powder, vanilla sugar, citric acid and salt. Smashed eggs. (The flour can not be added. Usually the dough for cheesecakes, I use semolina. This time I decided for a change to experiment.)

Added sour cream and mixed cheese. Make a thick batter.

For the filling, sliced banana rings.

For breading poured into a bowl of crushed Indian walnut and semolina. The breading wasn't enough, I added the almonds. The petals are fragile and I squeezed their hands. Spoon the dough put on the bread crumbs and top with a banana ring. Banana closed a small amount of dough, roll in breadcrumbs and shaped cheesecake.

There were 16 cheesecakes. Each took 1.5 tbsp of dough.

Fried in olive oil on medium heat on both sides until it will turn brown.

On the table was served with Apple-kalynove jam homemade.
