Baked vegetables in the potato ring
Grilled vegetables are colorful, useful and beautiful dish. Can be served as a side dish or as a full dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Oregano

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 pinch

Cooking

Potatoes wash, peel, then boil in salted water until fully cooked.

Drain the water, add 1 tsp. of sunflower oil, well crushed.

Vegetables should be washed, dried, cut.

On a heated pan with vegetable oil, put chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, add the oregano and fry gently for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Mashed potatoes put in the confectionery syringe with a wide nozzle, on oiled ovenproof form to squeeze the sauce by diameter.

Spasserovannye vegetables to put in center of potato ring. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the form and bake for 20 minutes.
