Cooking
Chicken fillet wash and cut into portions (I have a small, but you can slice them any size you like )
Each piece repel saucer and mix 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper each slice to coat with the mixture from two sides
Next, prepare the marinade in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise (I was somewhat 30%),1 tsp mustard, dried Basil, coriander, turmeric, black pepper coarsely ground and grated on a small grater half a grilled cheese (pickle not necessary)
Coat each piece of this marinade on both sides and set aside (if you have time, you can remove half an hour in the fridge)
Prepare batter in a bowl or small castlelike mix 2 eggs and a small pinch of salt, add 4 tbsp water and 3 tbsp flour, mix well until, until all the lumps disappear.
Dip each piece in batter and spread on a heated pan ( to hold the pieces when dipped, so that all the marinade left in the batter) and fry until cooked (2-3 minutes, until bottom is not appearing Golden crust)
You can serve it with any side dish of your choice. Bon appetit!
