Danish pie with pears
Delicate flavor and delicate aroma of pears beautifully with a light biscuit and cupcake batter. Serve this cake with vanilla cream, but it is gorgeous and with the chocolate sauce. Help yourself, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Pear thinly slice, not cleaned.

Eggs lightly beat with a fork.

Soft butter vzbit with sugar.

Little by little add the egg mixture and beat until smooth.

Add vanilla and cinnamon.

Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and knead homogeneous dough.

Pour the batter into the pan, on top to spread out the pear. Bake in preheated oven at 180C, 35-45 minutes.
