Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    30 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl mix the flour, 50 g sugar and salt.

Butter cut into pieces and add to the bowl. Add one egg and mix with your hands into crumbs.

Add water, knead the dough with your hands, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 min.

For the filling apples peel and cut into cubes. Add to apples, washed raisins, sugar, cinnamon, 50 grams of sugar and starch. Mix. The stuffing is ready.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into 2 unequal parts. A large part of dough roll out and place in a baking dish, place bumpers.
