Pancakes with pumpkin, peppers and peas
Quick to prepare, tasty and vegetable! Pumpkin, bell pepper, green peas pancakes and rich in taste and in color!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

    2 tsp

  • Rye flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fresh pumpkin RUB on a small grater, bell pepper cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the pumpkin, pepper and green peas (frozen peas you need to pre-thaw).

Add to vegetables with eggs, salt and pepper to taste, grated on a coarse grater cheese and green onions (fresh, I used dried). Mix well.

Add the flour, again mix well.

Fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown. Ready pancakes take out and put on paper towel to remove excess oil.
