Air cupcakes with condensed milk
Delicate, airy, soft cupcakes that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    375 g

  • Sugar

    375 g

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

Cooking

Margarine vzbit with sugar and vanilla. Instead of margarine you can take the oil.

In a separate bowl, stir the eggs.

Eggs pour small portions into a mixture of margarine and sugar.

Gradually add flour with baking powder.

Pour in the milk and mix well.

Into molds to sort out 1 tbsp of dough and 1 tsp of condensed milk.

Put the dough on top of the condensed milk, do not put the dough to the edges of the form, and then drift away. Put the dough in a preheated oven (180 degrees). And bake until done.
