Chicken stuffed with Hungarian
Very interesting stuffing. The combination of raisins, nuts, horseradish and meat. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Baton

    100 g

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Onions finely chop. The pumpkin cut into slices. In vegetable oil lightly fry.

Loaf will cut and soak in milk.

Beef, pumpkin, onion, nuts, raisins, salt mix. Squeeze the bread and add to mixture. Add the mustard and horseradish. All mix well.

Prepared the chicken with salt inside and on top. Fill with stuffing. Secure with toothpicks. Grease a deep skorovoda or a baking sheet with oil. Put the chicken. 50 gr. oil lay around chicken. Pour a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 180 for 90 minutes.

Remove the foil. Grease the chicken with the remaining butter and food processor to blush. What a smell! Help yourself!
