For lovers of hash I want to offer another option - okroshka on kefir with sorrel. It turns out very useful vitamin dish. In addition, yogurt will prepare yourself from the leaven of Orsik.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Mineral water

    250 ml

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Radishes

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Corn

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

So, first prepare the yogurt. One small bag of starter cultures designed for one liter of delicious natural yogurt.
