Description
I have recently discovered tofu, a food product from soy beans, rich in protein. Tofu has a neutral taste (i.e., your own taste is almost absent), which is one of the benefits of tofu and allows universal to use it in cooking. You can use different sauces according to your taste for tofu. I suggest to try with teriyaki sauce. It turns out very tasty, tender dish. It's perfect for everyday life and for the holiday table, especially if it's vegetarian table! Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Tofu cut into small pieces, about 2x2 cm and dried with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the top with pepper and garlic
And put on a heated pan with olive oil, peppered side down. Sprinkle the top with pepper and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then turn over and pour teriyaki sauce TM "Kikkoman".
Cook, turning occasionally, until light Golden brown. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
On the side I recommend the steamed vegetables.
