Beef with pumpkin stewed in beer
Delicious, tender and aromatic beef!!! The meat is fabulously tasty and tender, the pumpkin turns out sooooo flavorful and also delicious!! By the way, the pumpkin in this dish is perfect as a side dish. I highly recommend to cook!! I'm sure you will like it!!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Beer

    500 ml

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients.

Beef cut into small pieces.

Onion cut into feathers and garlic slices.

On ol the oil over high heat quickly fry the beef, add onion, fry until soft.

Pour the ground sweet and hot paprika and herbes de Provence.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the tomato puree ( or tomatoes in their own juice), pour beer, stir and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

After a time, and add the chopped pumpkin and cook for another 20 min.
