Cooking
Separated the yolks from the whites in different containers. In whites and yolks poured 1 tsp of cinnamon and whipped them with a whisk until the volume increases.
In a separate bowl, combined sifted flour, sugar, salt and 1 tsp cinnamon. Added to dry mix the yolks and whites. Poured oil and kneaded the dough.
Baking cupcakes used paper molds with a diameter of 5 cm depth 3 5 cm
The dough spread a little less than half of the molds. In each mold put six berries and dredged them in the batter. Instead of blueberries you can use raisins or any berries.
While preparing dough, the oven warmed up. The tray of cupcakes set on the middle level and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The cupcakes are well risen.
Flushed. The berries have not emerged.
