Delicious, juicy and rich cake. A full dish.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Cranberries

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    70 g

Cooking

Quickly replace a batter of flour, eggs, sour cream, salt and sugar. Roll out the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.

Turkey fillet cut into pieces (pre-recapture and marinate for one hour: 2s. L. soy sauce, 1H. L. honey, salt, pepper;you can skip this step and just add salt and pepper to taste)

Divide the dough in two, roll out circles, first lay in a greased form

For the dough Turkey breast

From top to distribute the cranberries (the berries dry with a paper towel!)

Coat with sour cream

The projecting edge of dough to fold in the filling, lay second circle of dough. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in preheated oven at t 180° C ~40-45 minutes (focus on your oven!)
