Cooking
Let's start with the dough. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, dry yeast. Add the sifted flour.
Pour sunflower oil "Oleyna" and knead a soft elastic dough.
Put the dough in a bowl, s cover and put in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, until the increase in 2-3 times in volume.
Meanwhile, cut onion into feathers.
In a pan pour oil "Oleyna" and fry the onion.
Fry the onion until soft.
Coming up the dough a good punch down and divide into 2 parts.
Roll out not very thin and cut into 4 triangles.
On each triangle put onion stuffing and fresh thyme leaves.
Roll croissants starting from the wide edge. With the second piece of dough to do well.
Prepared the bagels are put into a form, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 min.
