Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Let's start with the dough. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, dry yeast. Add the sifted flour.

Pour sunflower oil "Oleyna" and knead a soft elastic dough.

Put the dough in a bowl, s cover and put in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, until the increase in 2-3 times in volume.
