Stew with pumpkin and beans
I have long loved the pumpkin, but I was crazy about it only this year. Apparently, over the years taste buds change and you begin to feel much differently. Of course, a lot depends on the variety, this year I grew a small, but sweet and fragrant pumpkin. I baked it with cheese and made cakes. Decided to continue experimenting and trying to cook her hot meals. Many of my friends are skeptical about this vegetable and prepare to be mostly of porridge, I'm trying to expand their gastronomic interest, it is not only very tasty, but also useful. Ingredients

  • Chicken

    250 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

You should first prepare all the ingredients. Chicken (boneless) cut into cubes, peel the onion.

Tomato and onion slice.

Pumpkin cut into medium-sized cubes.

For the sauce peel the garlic (I have no large cloves 5 PCs). Spices can take any favorite.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, crushed garlic and seasonings.

Ideal to cook stews in a cauldron, but I have not yet got them cooked in a frying pan. In hot oil fry the chicken.

Add the onion and squash, cover and leave on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.

Add the beans (with liquid) and tomato.
