Description

Omelet
The recipe is too simple, but for some reason nowhere to be found. This omelette appeared in our family a long time ago, of what was in the fridge, eventually settled down and has been transformed into a new recipe! Very tasty and quick dish that will appeal to everyone - both children and adults and even those who do not like zucchini, and men in particular! The name of this omelet we haven't thought of, so I called him on a geographical basis. So - if you're short on time, need to feed everyone, then this recipe you definitely will come to the rescue. Tested on three children and a fussy husband)))

Cooking

step-0
Zucchini cut into strips and sent to a heated pan with vegetable oil, stir periodically.
step-1
While zucchini is roasting, cut onion into cubes. Send it to the zucchini.
step-2
Next, three carrots on a coarse grater and spread in a pan to vegetables. Fry them on high heat, not to get plenty of water.
step-3
While the vegetables are roasting, cut sausages into circles. Better to cut thinly. I usually use milk or Vienna. Sent sausages to vegetables, tight all together for 2-3 minutes on high heat, then turn off, leaving the pan on a hot stove. Add salt to taste.
step-4
Prepare the sauce: mix milk, eggs, flour. Mix well, better with a mixer so that the flour did not form lumps. Add salt to taste.
step-5
Pour all of our vegetable and sausage sugarce and mix well.
step-6
The three cheese on a large grater and sprinkle on top.
step-7
Put the omelet in a preheated 200 degree oven. I baked in the same pan in which you fried the vegetables. The diameter of the pan 28 cm.
step-8
Bake 20-30 minutes, until Golden brown. Serve hot or cold with your favorite sauces. Bon appétit!
