Cooking
So, let's start. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, carrot slices. Spread on a baking sheet first layer of potatoes on top of the carrots.
Half of the onion cut into half rings and put on the carrots. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Meat cut into thin slices, repel and put on the bow. Grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Tomato cut into round slices and put on meat. Add the jalapenos.
The remaining onions finely chop and put on meat.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle them.
Put in a preheated 180C oven for 60 minutes. It was very satisfying and most importantly do not need to prepare a side dish! Bon appetit.
