Cooking
Minced meat stew with the addition of sunflower oil Oleina TM and grated carrots on low heat until tender (15-20 minutes). Add salt to taste, coriander and nutmeg. Then let it cool down.
Pour water into the pan and pour it in the cabbage. Chop the onion and add to cabbage, stir, add salt and simmer.
Add sour cream and simmer the onion and cabbage until soft.
