Pancake roll stuffed with cod liver and potatoes
Hearty and delicious meatloaf pancakes. Simple and affordable products. A dish for everyday and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cod liver oil

    120 g

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl break the egg. Add salt, sugar, water and butter. Beat. Add the flour and stir to avoid lumps. Add the warm milk, beat slightly.

Bake pancakes.

Easier if you have a crepe maker or a large frying pan. You can do a few small rolls.

Potatoes RUB on a small grater.

A pancake spread cheese and top the liver.

Cover with the second pancake and again spread cheese. Sprinkle potatoes and fennel.

Cover with the third pancake. Gently roll the roulade. Wrap loaf in foil and remove for an hour in the fridge.

Slice the roll with a sharp knife and serve. Bon appetit.
