Stuffed peppers - my favorite dish. I want to share with you, dear cooks, our family recipe of it. So it was prepared by my grandmother, my mother, and now have learned I am. Just say that pepper stuffed with 10-quart saucepan for 7 hungry mouths :D. You can reduce the amount of all the ingredients. Do not judge strictly, this is my first recipe on the website :)

Cooking
Select sweet peppers.
Do peppers remove the stem, and the stem with the seeds, rinse in water.
Cut the onion, grate the carrots.
Onions fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Attach the carrot to the onions, saute.
Moved and washed rice is boiled until soft (about 10 minutes).
Throws cooked rice in a colander and wash with running cold water. You need to drain the water and place the rice in a large, deep bowl.
To the rice add the minced meat, sauté No. 1. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill with stuffing pepper (not too tight).

Now we prepare zazharku No. 2. Again fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
Three tomatoes on a grater and add to sauté.
And in the end the flour.
Zazharku add water (about 1 liter).
On top of the pepper, pour zazharku No. 2
Boil water, and fill the peppers. So that the water covered him. After boiling, simmer on low heat until cooked for 40-60 minutes.
