Norwegian salmon on skewers with sauce
Beautiful, succulent fish, tender and juicy. Perfectly combined with a sauce "Tzatziki"-sauce-cold-appetizer of yogurt, cucumber and garlic, a typical dish of Greek cuisine. Salmon is an excellent combination-it improves the taste or making it sound new.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Soy sauce

    10 ml

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

As I have already pointed out-does not take yogurt, and yeast, but it does not matter

Salmon cut into cubes

Mix the curry, seasonings, oil, add soy sauce "Kikkoman", and soak in a mixture of salmon for 2-3 hours

Grate the cucumber, squeeze the juice from it

Combine with sourdough and grated garlic-a wonderful sauce ready.

Strung the pieces on skewers (soaked in water)

Fry on coals for 5-7 minutes, spread on a plate with sauce-enjoy a delicious combination of freshness! Bon appetit!!
