Trout baked in foil
Such a great meal, would have to be some extravagant title. But as they say, all genius is simple. The recipe is called "Trout baked in foil". Happy to share this dish with you.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

Ingredients.

Trout have into fillets with skin boneless, salt and pepper to taste.

Carrot grate, onion, garlic and green onions finely chop. Sauté the prepared vegetables for 5 minutes in olive oil.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" 1 tbsp, red wine vinegar, green onions, stir and refrigerate.

One fillet put half of the prepared vegetables, cover with the second fillet.

Spread the foil and sprinkle it with salt, pepper and coriander, place the remaining vegetables on the foil.

On the vegetables place the stuffed trout, sprinkle with coriander and ground pepper, pour soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Lay on top of slices of lemon.

Fish wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees, 20-30 minutes.
