Cake with figs and cheese

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sour cream

Prepare the products.

In a Cup place the sour cream, sugar and egg yolk. Stir.

In a working spread Cup of the sour cream-egg mixture, add salt, oil and warm milk. Sift a little flour.

On top of the flour add the yeast. Sift in the remaining Cup of flour. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 1-1. 5 hours, covered with a towel.

In a saucepan, pour 400 ml of water, put the washed hips. Put on the fire. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Filter. In the resulting broth to put the washed figs and raisins. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling by adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. Cool. Grind with a blender or grinder ( drain the broth and add gradually adjusting the thickness of toppings).
