Cutlets of salmon in the oven
Out very tender, flavorful and delicious

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

Carrots mince and stew in the water until soft, slightly salted (you can NOT add salt, as the fish and so itself is quite salty).

Fish mince.

Add in the minced 1 egg, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of starch and dill. Salt is not needed (although the last time I had a lot of fish and I added a bit). Let the meat stand for a bit (10-15 minutes).

Baking tray lay a paper. Lubricate your hands with oil (I take the corn) and form patties of desired size, laying them on a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
