Chicken liver under a cheese crust
For dinner a delicious and hearty dish of chicken liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream cheese

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Prepare the products. Liver wash well, remove excess fat, cut random pieces

Dice up onions and sweet peppers (the quantity can be adjusted according to your taste)

In vegetable oil fry the vegetables

Separately fry liver (3-4 minutes), add soy sauce and black pepper

In a bowl mix the vegetables and the liver (without liquid) (you can salt to taste)

Cheese grate on medium grater

In a greased baking dish, spread our liver and vegetable mixture. Top lubricated sour cream

Fall asleep cheese. Put into a hot oven at t-180*, bake until Golden brown. When serving, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
