Again, my favorite beef)))I have already posted this dish, but it is a little differently made, came out beautifully and extremely tasty, so I decided to share! I would be glad if You will like the performance and You will enjoy yourself with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    2.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    7 Tbsp

  • Mineral water

    1.5 l

  • Rosemary

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    3 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    5 Tbsp

Spice mix, add soy sauce, mineral water (Took "Lugansky"), soak the meat and leave overnight in a cool place. The meat soaked husband-so photos of these steps are missing..
