Pancakes with bean paste
Tasty sweet pancakes with a bit of a surprise... pasta from the beans! Very tasty! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

For cooking I took the beans "Blanche" TM "Mistral (white, small).

Beans soaked in cold water for 4 hours, then boiled until boiling first and subsequent 10 minutes on high heat and then reduced the flame and cooked until tender about 2 hours.

The beans grind up in a blender, adding water. If you love a sweet filling-add sugar, but without it, this pasta is very tasty
