  • Yogurt

  • Banana

  • Strawberry

  • Oat flakes

  • Flax seeds

    1 tsp

  • Ice

  • Water

These fillers we need for smoothies. My daughter calls it "liquid Breakfast".

Oatmeal and flax seed pour 50 ml of boiling water, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
