Baked vegetables with sauce Bage and Golden millet
Millet is very well combined with vegetables and if vegetables and baked, it is always very tasty, but still useful. And if you combine roasted vegetables peanut sauce Bage, it is simply impossible to put down.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Millet

    125 g

In a saucepan pour water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. Bags of millet put in boiling water and cook for 25 minutes.

Mix all the vegetables with olive oil (2 tbsp), soy sauce and put into the form, covered with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees in the grill mode for 20 minutes.

While the vegetables bake, prepare the orange sauce Bage. To do this, grind in a blender walnuts.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes and then fry in olive oil (1 tbsp) until transparent.

Add fried onion, salt (1/2 tsp), garlic, spices and water to the chopped nuts. Beat well in a blender until smooth. The sauce is ready.
