Rice with pumpkin and fish
Probably already know that I'm a big fan of pumpkin, so catch the very tasty recipe.

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

  • Figure

    2 pack

For this recipe we need 2 bags of rice amber TM Mistral. Drop the bags in boiling, salted water and cook

Pumpkin cut into small cubes.

Tilapia cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, season to taste 0.5 tsp. curry and fry on a heated with oil pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove the fish from the pan.

Onion and garlic finely chop. Put them in the pan where we fried the fish, add 0,5 teaspoon curry salt, pepper, add the thyme leaves and fry for a few minutes until the onion has softened. Add the pumpkin and simmer on medium heat until soft pumpkin, about 15-20 minutes.

The rice is ready.

Gently mix pumpkin, rice and fish.
