Cooking
Boiled carrots RUB on a grater.
Combine carrots with cheese, egg and sugar Mistral.
With half of the orange, remove the zest and add to the dough.
Add baking soda and flour. Mix well. The dough will remain sticky. With a spoon spread a little of the batter into the flour, crumble and form the cheesecakes.
From this number I got 15 pancakes.
For the sauce, squeeze the juice from the orange and mix it with sugar. Add starch. Mix well. Heated and cook until thick.
In the hot sauce, add the butter. Stir. Pour the cheesecake and serve. Bon appetit!!!
