Cooking

step-0
To prepare the marinade for the meat, mixing the juice and zest of lemon, oil, vinegar, coriander, onion, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, Bay leaf and salt to taste
step-1
Marinate beef for 6 hours, and flip a couple of times
step-2
When it comes the turn to cook lunch or dinner, I put to boil the millet for a side dish, and while cooking the millet, and cook the meat
step-3
A piece of meat abrahao from the marinade, onions and garlic and fry in a grill pan on two sides for 5 minutes on each side for 2 times, i.e. meat fried in the end 20 minutes, turns out tender juicy medium rare piece. Then I wrapped it in foil and give a rest to 5 minutes
step-4
Pour the remaining marinade into the pan, add 2 tbsp sugar and caramelize cherry tomatoes. Prust will literally the sauce to boil for about 5 minutes, until the sauce boil and thickens. Try the taste, maybe you want to add more sugar. I liked the caramel acidity of the tomatoes
step-5
So, the meat has rested, cut it into round slices. It's juicy and flavorful
step-6
And served with a side dish of fluffy millet
