Fish sticks stuffed with
Juicy, flavorful and delicious fish fingers coated in oat bran. The highlight of the fish sticks is the filling of cranberry sauce D arbo, which gives the fish sticks sour.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Berry sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Milk ghee

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Bran

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Baton pour melted milk. Can and normal milk.

Prepare ceviche. This requires mince fish fillet (I have boiled, upon request can be done from raw, from any fish fillet), potato, onion, garlic, carrots and bread.

Add the egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Take a little minced fish and in the deepening put the cranberry sauce. To form a fish stick.

Roll in oat bran.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown. At the end of cooking put all sticks to the pan, cover it and proparivatel about 5 minutes on low heat. Serve fish sticks warm, watering them with cranberry sauce.
