Pork with cranberry sauce
I suggest you try the American version of cooking pork tenderloin. The meat turns out juicy, soft, just melting in the mouth. A lot of sweet and slightly osterle. Very very tasty. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Berry sauce

    0.75 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

First, prepare sauce. To do this, in a small saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, sugar, thyme and 1/2 tsp salt and boil on slow fire for 5 minutes.

While preparing sauce, make a blend of spices. To do this, first grind the coriander in a mortar

And mix with the paprika, allspice, red pepper, garlic powder and onion, dill and 2 tsp salt.

Put in pre-nagretuju to 175 C (350F ) oven for about 1 hour. It depends on the size of the piece of pork. Using a special thermometer to measure the temperature of the meat. Pork is ready when the internal temperature of the meat 80C (160F ).

Slice and serve with a light salad or any side dish. It is also very tasty on a sandwich cold.
