Lasagna
Climbing for me is always a small celebration. Perhaps because it always turns out very hearty, tasty, and colorful – because the soul needs a holiday :)So, all lovers of cheese and of meat products is recommended!!! And although it is not a classic dish, it was very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Lasagna

    10 piece

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

    200 g

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Tomatoes for a few minutes pour boiling water. Remove the skin and finely chop.

Onion, Bulgarian pepper, too chop.

Put the pan on medium heat pour oil and fry the onion with the pepper.

Spread the stuffing. And fry it for 10-15 minutes. Add the garlic, spices, salt. The garlic through a press or finely chop. To cover with a lid and podtochit further 5 minutes.

Sheets of lasagna to break in half. And put to the stuffing. Not to interfere. This time I used the leaves of beshbarmak.

On leaves put the chopped tomatoes. Pour water, cover and simmer 20 minutes on low heat. Not to interfere.

After 20 minutes open the lid and simmer for another 5-7 minutes already stirring occasionally. Fall asleep even layer of cheese.

Spread the pieces of mozzarella. Cover, simmer 5 minutes.
