Very tasty rich dish! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 handful

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Fry the onions in a frying pan until transparent. Add the garlic to the onions.

Eggplant cut into cubes, add to the onions and garlic. Pepper there too. Season with salt, pepper, Italian herbs, cover and simmer 15 minutes on low heat.

Peanuts to clear of a peel, grate cheese on a large grater, to prepare the flour.

To chop nuts. In flour, add cheese, ground peanuts, vegetable oil (50 grams). And again grind into crumbs (crumble).
