Beef with pickles
And another beef dish. Quite a quick and uncomplicated option. You can prepare veal, also delicious.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    50 ml

  • Dry white wine

    70 ml

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onions clear and finely chop. Carrots wash, peel, grate on a coarse grater (or cut into strips). In skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the onion, fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

Wash the meat, dry and cut into small pieces. Spread into the pan, stir and fry for 7-10 minutes.

Tomato paste combine with broth (can take water), add to meat and vegetables, simmer 15 minutes.

Then pour in the wine and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Pickles cut into strips (I have a small, so the circles). Add to the pan, stir, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop the greens. Add to the pan, stir and leave on the fire for a few moments.
